The creation of these files was supported by grants from NICHD and NSF, and technical assistance from the staff of S4 and the Population Studies and Training Center at Brown University. County shapefiles are from NHGIS at the Minnesota Population Center, which also provided the 100% microdata and transcribed addresses for residents of the 39 cities included in this study.
